These packages openly use AI to help create book content, and they are clearly labelled as such. You choose this option knowingly — we never describe AI-generated material as entirely human-created.
AI-assisted activity book: £60 for 35 activity pages. Bespoke AI-assisted colouring books are available as Personal (£20), Commercial (£40) or Business (£60) packages.
Amazon KDP requires disclosure of AI-generated content, including images — we will explain what that means for your book before you decide.
Package 4 · How we create AI-assisted colouring books
A new art form — human and AI, together.
We consider our AI-assisted books a new art form, where human and AI interact together to create a new way of creating books. Here is how the method works:
- We start with a human. We do not use AI to generate ideas or to create the plan for the book. The original idea, the storyline and the first picture are hand-drawn and hand-created by the artist.
- AI develops pages from the hand-drawn picture. Using the hand-drawn page as its guide, AI helps develop further pages that follow our hand-created storyline — so every page in the book stays true to the original drawing and the creator's vision.
- We keep absolute integrity with the original vision. The human viewpoint leads throughout. AI is used simply to speed up the process, never to replace the creator's ideas, style or storyline.
- We do not use lazy AI methods. Having AI generate everything is not part of our ethos or our ethical approach to publishing. Our books begin with a person, every time.
- A method developed over two years. We spent the past two years engaging with and training AI technology, and developing our own studio and editing tools, because we wanted to create a new way of making colouring books.
- More people can be creators. Starting from a hand-drawn page means more people can create their own book if they want to. We are happy to roll this method out and enable other creators to bring their original ideas to life the same way.
